Can we skip a day in between?

Yes! The 5 days of activities can be spread out over a 7-day stay. Just let our concierge know your preferred dates.

Is this a group tour?

No. All transportation is 100% private for you and your group.

Does the "Private Driver" stay with us all day?

Your dedicated driver is yours for the duration of the scheduled tours. They will pick you up at your preferred time, transport you between activities, and wait for you while you explore. If you’d like to stop for lunch or a quick grocery run on the way back to your Airbnb, just let them know!

We are staying in an Airbnb/Rental Home—can you find us?

Absolutely. We provide door-to-door service to any verified address on the island, from West Bay to Sandy Bay and French Harbour. Simply send us your Google Maps location or the name of your rental via WhatsApp after booking.

Can we choose which days we do the tours?

Yes! You do not have to do the tours on consecutive days. For example, if you buy a 5-Day Pass, you can do tours on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. We are 100% flexible to fit your vacation pace.

What happens if it rains on one of our scheduled days?

Since you are staying on the island, we have the luxury of flexibility! If the weather is too rough for the Dolphin Swim or the Reef Snorkel, we will simply swap your days or move the activity to a time when the sun is out.

Can we swap an activity in the bundle for something else?

We want this to be your perfect itinerary. If you’d prefer to swap the Horseback Riding for a visit to the Iguana Farm or a Zipline tour, just contact our concierge team. Most swaps are free, though some premium activities may have a small price difference.

Are the Dolphin sessions and ATV trails private?

Your transportation and island guide are 100% private. The Dolphin facility and some parks are shared spaces, but we schedule your visits during "off-peak" hours (when the cruise ships have left) so you get a much more intimate, quiet experience.

Is the price per person or per group?

The prices listed are per person. This ensures we cover all individual entry fees, equipment rentals, and activity costs included in your multi-day pass.

What should we bring with us each day?

We recommend bringing reef-safe sunscreen, swimwear, a towel from your resort/Airbnb, and comfortable walking shoes for the ATV/Jungle portions. Your driver will provide a cooler with bottled water in the vehicle.
